- John Dalrymple (J.D.) is a co-founder of Seymour,
one of the band's
resident songwriters, and engineer / co-producer of our recordings.
- He sings lead on about half of our songs, and
plays
keyboard on about two-thirds of them and guitar on the rest.
- Along with Seymour Lovejoy, he's
been in
several local Portland bands from the mid 1960's until now.
- These days,
J.D. also moonlights occasionally as a sideman (on keys) for Carlee
Smith, and as a session player (on mandolin and guitar) for
the Mick Austin band
(Berkeley, CA).
